I’m laughing at you

I’m laughing at you

As the clock ticks away

Timing going by

Traveling through the space that we bend

And soap up the experience

I’m laughing at you

Because you are blind

And dance alone on the parquet floor

Scented like a purple rose of earthly delight

I’m laughing at you

When the children play on the rusty swing set

On the park bench I wait

And you only pretend in the rain showers

I’m laughing at you

As you giggle in your sleep

And wake up to the sunrise of yesterday

And wonder if he had lied and if I was right
